He wanted to pursue Physics. He was very much interested in the subject. But due to the force of his family member and because of the attachment with his family members  towards Tata Steels, He had to pursue Mechanical engineering. But his actual interest was that of Physics.

A) Cosmic rays are highly charged, high energy particles that come from outer space and travel almost at the speed of light and bombard the earth’s atmosphere in all directions from outer space. When they do so they are slowed down and broken up by the earth’s atmosphere. These showers mainly consist of electrons and protons.
